MLM Recruiting - How to get more MLM partners

GET PERMISSION TO SEND LOTS OF PEOPLE INFORMATION

And once they allow you to send them information, INVITE THEM TO A MEETING
OR AT LEAST A LIVE OR RECORDED CONFERENCE CALL to listen
to just in case there's a problem or delay with the email/fax...

Tell them you have tons of people requesting info and sometimes there's delays
and failures, so say "I'll touch base with you soon just to make sure you got
the info, but in the meantime, I have a special guest sharing the information in
or near your area on DAY/DATE OR I have a special prerecorded call that
you can hear right now.... and if you have a pen and paper handy, I can give
you the information on that real quick?!!

Ok great, the address, phone number is .....

Most people tell me they had to listen to it like 5 times to really get everything
....so I def suggest that you keep an open mind and listen to it with a couple
of people you know who might be able to give you their perspective.

....and once again, my name is _________,
("May I ask your name?"- if you don't have it already!)
....and I invite you to call me back as soon as your done listening to
just tell me what you liked the most, does my phone number show up or do
you need me to give it to you?

Great please save that for when you're done hearing the message and
we will send over a little other info to your computer/fax as soon as possible.


Finish your call....and move on to the next one, make as many notes on each
contact as you can.

Please never try to sell any person on anything, just get them on the phone
with your upline, even if he or she is not a better talker than you...it ads an element
of credibility in the customers mind that says hey....this is a team...this is
something larger than any one person!

Keep em on your list, never burn a bridge, no matter how not interested,
unless they say TAKE ME OFF YOUR LAST, you can always eventually
find some good reason the touch base and say hi and maybe share just
a tad more info each time, but move fast, don't let non serious people
absorb you...

Never feel bad about growing YOUR BUSINESS and NEVER, EVER
feel bad about calling me or any of our leaders for help.

How to set up a 3 way call - Networking

When talking to new prospects for a home based business, you want to use your upline to help you with a 3 way call....this means positioning your prospect and setting the situation up to get your upline on the phone...use this strategy.

1. Always be the new guy or the recruiting assistant for your upline

2. Never claim to know everything about your business, always be the new guy.

3. Say "curiosity building statements" that gets prospect to ask you question.

4. Instead of answering their questions, instead say something like "You know, that is an excellent question and I wouldn't want to accidentally give you a wrong answer... in fact, I might have someone who knows about that...and if you just give me a quick moment, let me just see if he's available to give me an answer on that... if you just hold on the line for a moment, I'll just see if he's available....however it may take a moment, so don't hang up...just hold tight and I'll be right back with you, hopefully with an answer.

5. Make sure your prospect has heard or gotten at least some kind of general information before you go after the 3 way call....you're job is just to warm them up and then introduce them to your upline....gently but assuredly and professionally.

6. Remember to always be gentle and professional in every way.

7. Always edify your upline partner, make them sound like a great person that you are so grateful to have around because of their knowledge.

8. Introduce your upline and your new prospect with full names and explain just briefly what the questions/concerns are, but always be careful to only talk about objections that can be overcome... OBJECTIONS can be overcome, CONDITIONS are issues that can not be overcome... an objection may be "We want to think about it!" a condition is more like "I'm crippled and don't have a phone of my own to use"....those are things you may not so easily overcome....so be sure to differentiate between the two "excuses" for not participating.

5 rules of thumb in networking

1. Run the numbers - Expect to give information about your product or business to a lot of people. You must know ahead of time that most people you talk to will probably not be interested, at least on the first contact. So you want to think massive and inexpensive when it comes to marketing.

2. Third party presentation materials - Use one of several main, basic forms of contact on a daily basic for at least a full hour or more. This would include personally telling someone about the program in person or over the phone, inviting some to a third party presentation including meetings or briefings, 3 way or prerecorded call, video or otherwise. Follow up with a contact including phone and/or email just to "Give a little more free information!"

3. Be a team player - You can't get anywhere trying to do it alone. It's better to be a small part of something big than a big part of something small. Use your upline/mentor/sponsor to help you give presentations and answer questions.

4. Emulate and duplicate - Just as an actor learns every nuance of their role down to voice inflection and body language, you need to learn exactly what a successful person does and emulate it.

5. Be a student of your profession - Do anything within your power to absorb more information, more wisdom, more experience. Think of every thing you do as a chance to learn something new. Read in depth and or skim through any information you can, listen to audio recordings of a wide variety of training and motivation that will constantly be taking you to new levels of control over your own life.

Marketing training - Cultivate lead script/Get email

Use this script when calling people back on the phone. You may need to alter it slightly according to the exact nature of the call.

Hello, this is ______________, I'm a recruiting assistant with a _________ company and I was just returning a quick call here about work or business.


I was just calling back to see if maybe you still had an eye out for ways to make some extra income?

And once again, my name is __________, may I ask your name.

Great, now unfortunately, I have a lot of people to get back with today, so if it's ok with you, I can just send you a little info you can look at on your own time if you have fax or email...?!"

"Ok, great, where would you like me to send that to?"

Ok ________, make sure you check your junk mail if you don't see the information right away. In the meantime, you can get more information online or by simply listening to a short recorded message about the program...and I can give you that website and phone number if you have a pen and paper handy...?

Ok the phone number to listen to is ___________ and the website is ____________. (Speak slow, clear, make sure they have the right info)

Let me give you one more phone number as well...it's my direct line... it's __________

I can't tell you how important this information is, you absolutely have to hear it.

When you're done listening, give us a quick call back and me or my partner will answer your questions. Fair enough?

Also, you're invited to come meet with us and just get some more information at our next business briefing on (day) at (time) and while you're writing, I can give you that address real quick in case you are able to pop by. Are you ready?

(Give address, describe location, cross streets, where you will be seated, what you look like, tell them to call if they have problems, remind them to be there 5 minutes early if they can however it's also better to be late then never.)
